Part I: Website & Digital Services Disclaimer
1. Liability for Contents (§ 7 Abs. 1 DDG / TMG)
As a service provider according to § 7 Abs. 1 of the German Digital Services Act (Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz - DDG), we are responsible for our own contents on these pages under the general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, we are not obligated as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general statutory laws remain unaffected. Any liability in this respect, however, is only incurred from the moment that knowledge of the specific infringement is obtained. Upon notification of such violations, we will remove relevant content immediately.
2. Liability for External Links
Our website www.carwashh.shop contains links to external websites of third parties over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages.
The linked pages were checked for possible legal infringements at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not recognizable at that time. A permanent control of the contents of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. Upon notification of violations, we will remove such links immediately.
3. Copyright & Intellectual Property Law
The content, design, photographs, branding, graphics, and works created by the site operator on www.carwashh.shop are subject to German copyright law (Urheberrecht). Duplication, processing, distribution, or any form of commercialization beyond the scope of the copyright law requires the prior written consent of Carwashh Shop GmbH.
Part II: Automotive Detailing & Workshop Disclaimers
4. Pre-Existing Paint & Clear Coat Conditions
Automotive detailing is an artistic and technical restoration discipline designed to rejuvenate exterior and interior surfaces. However:
- Deep Scratches & Stone Chips: Scratches extending completely through the clear coat into the primer or bare metal cannot be safely eliminated by compounding without compromising panel safety. Touch-up or panel repainting may be required.
- Clear Coat Thickness: We utilize digital ultrasonic paint depth gauges prior to machine compounding. If paint depth is critically thin (< 70 microns) due to aggressive prior polishing, we reserve the right to limit mechanical cut to ensure paint integrity.
- Repainted Panels & Non-OEM Clear Coats: The customer must notify our Berlin technicians upon vehicle handover of any repainted, wrapped, or spot-blended panels. We cannot be held liable for delaminating aftermarket clear coats or paint adhesion failures on non-factory body panels.
5. Customer Belongings & Valuables
Prior to vehicle handover for interior steam detailing or valet collection:
- Please remove all high-value personal property, including cash, payment cards, high-end electronics, jewelry, important legal documents, and firearms.
- While our Berlin facility is under continuous 24/7 high-definition video surveillance and secure alarm monitoring, Carwashh Shop GmbH disclaims liability for the loss of unregistered loose personal items left unannounced in glove compartments, seat pouches, or luggage compartments.
6. Ceramic Coating Maintenance & Guarantee Terms
Our 9H / Diamond Ceramic Coatings provide superior hydrophobic self-cleaning properties, UV protection, and chemical resistance. To sustain warranty coverage:
- Curing Period: The vehicle must NOT be exposed to automated mechanical friction roller washes or aggressive chemical solvents (pH < 4 or pH > 11) during the initial 7 days following application.
- Maintenance Wash: Only touchless wash techniques or two-bucket hand washes with pH-neutral shampoo are permitted.
- Environmental Factors: Ceramic coatings do not make vehicles bulletproof or immune to heavy stone impacts at Autobahn speeds or deliberate vandalism.
7. Engine Bay Steam Cleaning Authorization
Engine bay detailing is performed utilizing dry-vapor steam with minimal moisture and electrical insulation protection. The vehicle owner certifies that:
- No loose or uninsulated high-voltage wiring, open air intakes, or exposed aftermarket electronics exist.
- We take rigorous care with all electrical connectors and ECUs, but accept no liability for failure of pre-damaged, aged, or brittle electrical harnesses on vehicles older than 10 years unless gross negligence is proven.
